Additional Notes: In 1984, Johnny Winter signed with Alligator Records and recorded three very tight blues albums. This recording shows the departure from the more rock n roll oriented releases of the early 70's. After a four-year hiatus from recording, Johnny went back on tour to promote his latest release- Guitar Slinger. He has always been a lightening quick guitar player with a signature voice, and one of the most scary stage personas you could see.
